Over the course of a long and eventful career, I have been fortunate to experience many highlights.
Being selected for the Army School of Bagpipe Music Pipe Majors’ Certificate Course was a particularly significant achievement. The course is exceptionally intense, highly competitive, and keenly sought after.
I have had the honour of performing at all the principal Royal Palaces in the United Kingdom, including Buckingham Palace, Hampton Court, Blenheim Palace, Falkland Palace, and the Palace of Holyroodhouse, for all the principal members of the Royal Family. This included numerous performances in the presence of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and His Majesty King Charles III.
Leading the Scots Guards Association Pipes & Drums on the Household Division Guards Spectacular at Horse Guards Parade was a moment of great responsibility and an immense achievement.
I have traveled the globe from Europe to Japan, Middle East, North & South America playing for all sorts of events and audiances. I even played at Silvester Stalones wedding and in the Bond movie 'The World is not Enough'.
